Waterfell is a new one bedroomed larch clad contemporary holiday home located close to Ullapool in the NW Scottish Highlands; cantilevering over a trickling burn 'Alt Dubhachain' with wonderful views of the surrounding hills and the waters of Loch Broom.

Built in 2021 by award winning designers and builders Echo Living, It is a bespoke and one- off build designed to make the most of its surroundings and excite the senses whilst offering everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

Waterfell is perfectly located to undertake the adventure that is exploring the NW Highlands of Scotland. It is also on the famous NC500 route, voted one of the best driving roads in the world.

Waterfell can accommodate 2 people and has been developed by the family team that built and run the highly successful Sealoch House, another luxury 3 bedroomed, 6 person contemporary house in the same 0.66 acres of grounds. The houses have been developed to ensure you retain your own privacy and external spaces so that you can fully enjoy the seclusion this location provides whilst being only a 15min drive from Ullapool and all it has to offer. The two properties will complement each other and offer stylish accommodation for couples, families and larger groups. You just choose how much space you want.

If the larger Sealoch House is of interest then just click on the Sealoch tab at the top of the page.

We follow strict cleaning protocols that meet Government and Association of Scottish Self-Caterers guidance to ensure the continued safety of our guests and community residents. We also support the Ullapool Safe for All Charter.

SEALOCH HOUSE HAS BEEN AWARDED 5 STARS BY OUR GUESTS ON FACEBOOK and GOOGLE and we expect WATERFELL to be the same. Our guests do however tell us they tend not to leave reviews on social media because it then makes it harder for them to book and return!

Waterfell it is the perfect adventure destination where you can enjoy beautiful scenery, deserted beaches, mountains, walking and cycling in peaceful and comfortable surroundings safely away from the crowds, whilst staying in a unique space.

Sorry but we cannot accept dogs due to the large number of sheep roaming freely on the road by Waterfell.

Waterfell was featured in an article in the Home supplement of The Scotsman on 31st October. Even getting the front cover!
